The rally in gold has saved 06181.HK321.20 for now. If you have followed my analysis of this stock over the past few months, you know that a large part of its valuation depends on the gold price.

"6181 has positioned itself as a luxury gold brand, with its products priced at a significant premium to competitors. Traditional luxury fashion houses command that premium through heritage, craftsmanship, and status. 6181 has failed to establish the first two. As gold falls, the frenzy fades, and the stock price tanks, it will likely struggle to sustain the third."

The current rally confirms that argument in reverse. Gold rose, the stock was saved, and the luxury narrative regained room to breathe. A sharp rise in gold gives 6181 cover to keep raising prices, revive the frenzy, and reinforce the perception of exclusivity.

Technical
Price has broken above the key descending trendline and is now backtesting it. For this breakout to develop into a trend reversal, the trendline must hold as support.
